Dexter’s Integrated Trailer Air Suspension System is a fully customizable system with over 25 styles ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 lbs. capacities. The patented fully wrapped axle connection is compatible with all of Dexter’s standard and self-steer axles for long-lasting durability.

The SMART-AXL® is designed to be weight-optimized by utilizing a large diameter axle for increased strength ranging in capacities from 23,000 to 30,000 lbs. All models include camshaft enclosures and are tire inflation system ready with multiple wheel end packages.
OPTIONS:
- Short camshaft standard on top mount
- Primed or black top coat finish
- Track lengths: 71.5”, 77.5”, 83.5”, 85”
- Extreme duty thick wall axle available
- Narrow bushing for 23,000 lbs. top mount

Dexter’s Trailer loose air suspension offer ride heights from 4” to 22” and include capacities of up to 25,000 lbs. The loose suspension system is low maintenance, has durable urethane bushings at the main pivot point, and contains U-bolts for extra support. Dexter’s trusted, high-strength integrated system includes a 5” round axle for extra durability. There are also self-steer and drop-center axle configurations available. These suspension systems are compatible with drum and disc brakes and multiple integrated lift options.
