Dexter Extends Industry Leading Warranty on Sprung and Torflex Axles Expanding the Dexter Difference

ELKHART, INDIANA (August 31, 2016)
Dexter is pleased to announce effective September 1, 2016 we are strengthening our industry leading axle warranty program for all customers. Changes include increasing the sprung axle warranty to 5 years, increasing the Torflex® axle warranty to 10 years, adding a lifetime weld warranty to all axles, and increasing the Dexter Genuine Replacement Parts warranty to a 5-year warranty.

With over 50 years in the axle business, and more than 50 million axles produced, Dexter has built a long-standing reputation of quality, service and innovation. These core values are at the center of Dexter’s commitment to the industries we serve, and continue to guide the company’s diversified product offering. This warranty expansion is yet another example of Dexter broadening the Dexter Difference, the gap between us and our competitors.

“It’s critical for us,” says VP of Sales and Marketing, Bryan Thursby. “Quality can’t be faked, and we plan to hold on to our earned reputation as a trusted, reliable partner by continuing to provide quality products that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.”

“Dexter’s commitment to quality systems, continuous testing, component selection, and process control, gives us the confidence necessary to extend the warranty on our axle products,” states Adam Dexter, President and CEO. “We are pleased to offer this premium warranty to our customers. It further validates our guarantee to maintain an exceptional level of manufacturing and our confidence in our product’s safety and performance. Furthermore, it confirms Dexter’s commitment to customer service.”

New, extended warranties on Dexter axles give trailer and RV manufacturers and dealers a big sales advantage. Reliability is a huge factor in the purchase of a trailer or recreation vehicle. Dexter’s new warranty immediately gives customers a higher level of confidence in what they’re buying. “This warranty extension is not only proof we stand behind our products but further demonstrates our commitment to bring innovation and value to our customers,” states Thursby.

"This is an incredible leap forward compared to Dexter’s competitors,” says Adam Dexter. “By more than doubling our warranty period, we are making a huge commitment to supporting our valued customers and helping them sell more trailers.”
