Position Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation · Carry out inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve issues · Check electrical and hydraulic systems of equipment and facilities to ensure functionality · Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities · Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary · Manage relationships with contractors and service providers · Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities · Ensure compliance with health and safety policies · Performs other tasks or duties as assigned. · Ability to read and interpret design blueprints. · Experience working in manufacturing. · Strong attention to detail. · Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline. · Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and program CNC machining · Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process |
Requirements
Must possess the ability to read and understand electrical schematics and be capable of troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical problems and PLC's and HMI’s. Candidates must have a working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, ability to weld, a good work and attendance history, a safety-first attitude, good communication skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to work without constant supervision. Must have a high quality of workmanship and be able to work on an elevated platform. Must have the flexibility to work overtime, including weekends in a drug free environment
