Position Summary
Directs and manage maintenance, instrument, electrical, miscellaneous service departments in a safe, economical, and efficient manner consistent with company policy. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the maintenance and repair of the company's equipment, buildings, and grounds. Supports the manufacturing processes by ensuring PM's and equipment downtime can be analyzed and planned with corrective actions taken.

Requirements
Requires associate degree in Business or a comparable discipline and at least 6 years work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintenance experience in a heavy industrial facility with supervisory experience. Problem solving, trouble-shooting, and continuous improvement experience. Work Order, PM experience, and MS Office Products. Maintenance principles, practices, theories and technologies related to equipment controls, mechanical or electrical/electronic systems and processes.
