Order Entry - Data Clerk
Position Summary
This position will be responsible for printing I/C EDI orders, enter and process customer orders, check orders, stamp, process, and issue shop orders daitly. This position will be responsible for assisting with faxing and filing for Order Entry as needed and retrieve emailed orders from the Customer Service mailbox. The position will provide POD's and tracking to customers. Position will also order 3-part pick ticket paper as needed, enter, update and maintain customer complaints in the CRM data base, process RGR's and coordinate with customers for product returns. This position will update customers on status of RGE's and credits as well. The position with communicate with freight carriers and set up appointments and call tags for pick up of returned material and also file claims with freight carries for damaged shipments.
Requirements
Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and have the ability to work without constant supervision. Must be able to work as part of a team. Must have a good safety record, possess a high degree of quality workmanship and be detail oriented. Canidates must have proficient computer skills. Candidates must be able to read work instructions and other work documents porvided in English; must be able to write production and quality information in English; must understand verbal instructions provided in English; and must speak basic English.
